Enric Granados apartment
Eixample Pied-à-Terre — Barcelona
Set in one of Eixample’s most privileged corners, this early-20th-century apartment began as a space with no character beyond its exceptional location. Years of fragmented renovations had left it dark, divided, and deprived of identity.
Our brief was to completely reinvent it—creating a refined Pied-à-Terre that reflects our clients’ lifestyle and their vision of living in Barcelona. The result is a quiet, sophisticated interpretation of luxury, defined not by excess but by craftsmanship, materiality, and an uncompromising attention to detail.
A complex structural intervention allowed us to open the formerly segmented layout into a generous, light-filled living space. The reconfiguration introduced a new guest bathroom, a fully tailored master suite with access to the rear terrace, and a dramatically improved flow that connects both façades with natural light.
Every element of the design is highly customized: bespoke teak carpentry, a tailor-made Bulthaup kitchen, curated fixtures by Lefroy & Brooks, and integrated audiovisual solutions by Bang & Olufsen. A distinct palette of greens, blues, and warm woods gives the home its vivid personality—an expression of the clients’ story and their way of living.
What was once an ordinary, outdated apartment has been transformed into a unique, character-rich residence, where every corner carries intention, and understated luxury becomes a daily experience.
